I have been a consultant in a busy Emergency Department for 30 years, dealing with the initial management of every condition that may present. I have been involved in the production of medico-legal reports since 1996, and in that time have written over 4000 reports dealing with personal injury and clinical negligence, mainly at the request of the claimant's solicitors. I have successfully completed the Cardiff University Expert Witness Certificate. I have a special interest in complaint resolution: I previously worked as a clinical advisor to the Healthcare Commission and more recently as a Specialist Advisor to the Care Quality Commission.
