Prof Dr Andrew Wardley

One of the UK's most experienced Consultant Medical Oncologists, with over 30 years' experience in cancer diagnosis, treatment and management. He is an internationally recognised expert in breast cancer, systemic anti-cancer therapies, precision oncology and cancer service delivery. He has authored over 300 peer-reviewed publications (h-index 57) and has made significant contributions to NHS cancer services, NICE technology appraisals, clinical trials, national cancer policy and multidisciplinary cancer care. Professor Wardley provides independent, impartial and evidence-based expert opinions in accordance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules, Practice Direction 35 and the Guidance for the Instruction of Experts in Civil Claims. To enhance the service he provides, he has successfully completed the Bar Training Course (BTC), strengthening his understanding of litigation, expert evidence and court procedure.
