Mr Jason Colclough is a seasoned Forensic Collision Investigator with extensive experience in road traffic collision investigation and reconstruction, vehicle examination and tachograph analysis. He served for 28 years as a police officer with Lancashire Constabulary. During that time he spent 24 years in the field of road traffic investigation before joining the Forces Forensic Collision Investigation Unit in his last 10 years of service, gaining extensive experience in investigating the most serious of road traffic collision incidents and producing reports into his findings. Following retirement from Lancashire Constabulary he moved into private practice. He continues to provide reports for both defence and prosecution instructors in criminal matters as well as defendant and claimant instructors in civil cases. He has extensive experience in providing oral expert evidence at Crown, Magistrates and Coronial Courts.
