As the Managing Director of Cliniscape, a Harley Street medicolegal practice, he provides expert psychiatric opinions to solicitors, courts, and public bodies across England and Wales. With over nine years of clinical experience, Dr Naclad has worked in various settings, including rehabilitation, forensic, community, intensive care, and inpatient environments. He is approved under Section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act and holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificates in Family, Civil, and Criminal Law. Dr Naclad is committed to advancing psychiatric practice and regularly delivers medicolegal psychiatric assessments and reports, focusing on mental capacity, diagnosis, and risk assessment.
