I have 25 + years of experience as a Consultant in Trauma nad Orthopaedics with a special interest in Shoulder, Elbow and Hand surgery. I was in substantive NHS employment until 2024. I performed > 900 shoulder replacements, > 50 elbow replacements, finger joint replacements and multiple soft tissue procedures and reconstructions to the upper limb. I do 130-160 medical reports p.a., including medical negligence reports for Claimants and the Defence. Recent Court experience- High Court Gibraltar 2024. I still do clinical work in Malawi (visiting consultant hand surgeon). I attend clinical meetings and medicolegal meetings regularly.
