Sameer Somal is the CEO of Blue Ocean Global Technology and Managing Partner of Capital Expert Services . He is a trusted advisor to executives, founders, and family offices, particularly where reputation, valuation, and risk intersect. Sameer is an active litigation consultant and serves as a testifying expert witness in economic damages, intellectual property, and internet defamation matters. His commitment to advancing opportunity and supporting the next generation of female entrepreneurs is reflected in his work with Girl Power Talk and Girl Power USA . An active contributor to the Abraham Lincoln Scholars initiative, Sameer proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the Abraham Lincoln Association and Abraham Lincoln Long Nine Museum . A graduate of Georgetown University, he has previously held leadership roles at Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and Scotiabank. Sameer is a recipient of the CFA Institute’s 2022 Inspirational Leader Award and was named an Iconic Leader by the Women Economic Forum.
